Fragrant Footings are refreshingly easy to use in three easy steps:   Trim to size Peel away the backing Stick them in place on the ball-of-foot part of your shoes   Special blend non-woven wool fabric. Super thin approx 3mm
3/4 Length Cushions   These thin foam mini cushions are smaller than an average shoe but bring relief to ball of foot, arch and heel areas. Perfect - with no trimming necessary! The top layer has a soft suede-like feel.   Just Peel and Stick and Go!
